As many others I too believe Missy would have never acted upon any suspicion if he hadn’t left her for another woman. She has yet to shed one tear during her interview about the loss of this child, I don’t care how many years after the fact if I lost one of my children I’d be visibly upset when talking about it.

Back then it wasn’t unheard of men in their early 20’s dating girls just in their teens. And looking at religious side of the first wife, I’m willing to bet the family was OK with them dating.
A lot of religious families back then wanted their children to get married young, hence allow them dating young. “High School Sweethearts” if you will.
Oblivious church parents see it as: “Oh they went to the same small school and went to the same small church. They are going to have our grandchildren.”

if I was an investigator I wouldn’t of told the ex wife anything either, she would of probably called him everytime they had some new evidence to blackmail him to come back to her. I don’t even know her and all I see is manipulation on both of their characters

Wait, wait a minute, he was 19 and she was 12 when they met? Isn’t that illegal and I think it is beyond sickening that she had 4 abortions by the time she was 15!!!!!!! Actually, the whole case is just disgusting. I can’t imagine putting life insurance policies on my newborn. I personally had 2 children, my first born died of cancer when she was 10, but money was never once a thought in our heads.
