okay this is confusing me Scooby is a dog so why’s he put in a cell because he “confessed” to the kidnappings instead of a pound, and, also why do the police arrest him in the first place, he’s a dog, or do they do it because in this wacked up town all dogs have the same rights as humans do and it’s not considered unusual for dogs to be able to talk, write, and read?
