I can’t believe this woman could stay with this guy when she suspected him of her baby’s death! I left my baby’s father when he was beating me for not only my safety, but my son’s as well! Folks, no man, no woman is worth giving up your child!

I really want to see evidence that was proof of murder. The two ex wives both had reasons of vengeance to get even with him. If he would had stayed married to his second wife, there never would have been a case. She waited 6 years after the death of the child that she love and claim murder. The child might have been murder but where is the evidences of murder. SALEM WITCH HUNT TRIAL just because the prosecutor had two unhappy exwives does not prove murder. MISSY JUST WANTED THAT MAN.
Missy should have been sent to prison as a conspirator, she was okay with the mrder of her child while she was spending the insurance money and had her husband but when he left she pursued the charges… disgusting.
You just say that out of hatred for America. If the guy was found innocent, you would complain how awful American criminal justice for letting someone get away with murder. Don’t you even compare America to Iran!

Convicted on statistics..no physical evidence…glad I don’t live in that country, which coincidently sends people to death for similar convictions. And I though Iran was bad!

Missy is a scorned bitch,lol. No parent waits 7 years to seek justice for their child and then she stayed with him, even after her suspicions. I think that says volumes about the relationship;that she was deeply in love with him. Thus I think jealousy was the motive. He moved on from her and Missy wanted revenge. It’s SMH that jealousy-not mothery love-encouraged her to get justice for her deceased baby. She is pitiful.

The 1st wife was just a baby herself. Where were her parents when she got involved with a fat pig who was 7 years her senior? She was only 12. I really , really hope.. that this woman had nothing to do with the murder of her child..if the cat story is true is NOT clicking right at all… neither is the helping him spend the insurance money on her child..
also, how dare she go feed her cats first after explaining she heard a sound that didnt sound right to her. It was the 1st time the dad offered to take care of the child…hmm dont you think you would go check right away anyways? A noise alone that im not use to hearing would cause me concern to check. I beleive the dad is responsible, but that mom waited waay too long to do something. I could never carry on loving someone after knowing they did that. She is INSANE!
I agree with many ppl here.There is no reason or excuse in the world to wait 7 years to prosecute?How can a mother stay with a man after even thinking he did that to her baby. She has many problems and i do beleive she only came forward because of jealousy. If she would of had a second shot at the marrige she would have taken it and NEVER went against him. Im a mom and if ANYONE ever harmed my child, I would take action on that right away, like any normal parent would, and NOT wait even a day.
Missy Anastasi is not a hero in this story. She stayed with a man who she thought killed her baby. She helped spend insurance money that her husband received from a LIFE INSURANCE POLICY her husband took out on the baby he murdered. He is obviously a sociopath. She, I don’t know what’s wrong with her.
